Right of Return

Lablaab.com allows you 7 days to return a product that is still in the original packaging and not opened. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense (Shipping is not included), with your original invoice.

We request that you send us the merchandise by a shipping company or deliver it yourself to our office address. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn or seal broken, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

Returned items will have the following deducted even if the product was shipped under free shipping:

  • Shipping charges to the client
  • Shipping back to our store or warehouse
  • Bank or payment gateway refund charges (depends on the method of payment)

Wholesale orders are considered final and non-refundable in accordance with industry standards. We offer the option for product inspection at any time before confirming the wholesale order. Once the order is finalized, no refunds will be issued

Processing Time for Returns

After handing over the item to our team, the item will be checked for its integrity and its individual item code matching the invoice of the client to make sure it’s the same product sold. This may take up to a week before the refund is approved.

For reimbursements:

– If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method used initially.

Please note that shipping expenses to the Customer will be deducted from the refund amount even if the product was under free shipping when bought.

Warranty

Warranty for each product if applicable is mentioned on the product page including the duration of the warranty*. Shipping the item under warranty to and from our facility for warranty claim is client account. Products that don’t mention warranty coverage means that either the supplier/manufacturer doesn’t provide a warranty in the region or that the supplier sells the products without a warranty. In both cases of no warranty, Lablaab.com is happy to extend its support to Clients by offering them to send us back the item (at their own expense) in order to have it checked by our service center. The service center will check the item if it can be repaired or not and will inform the client of the cost of repair. Kindly note that the cost of repair and shipping from/to the client will be on the Customer’s account.

*A warranty claim offers a one-time replacement of the product when applicable after which the product will no longer be under warranty.

Refunds

Refunds once approved will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
