Unlike many eCommerce sites, we only sell products that we physically have ready for you in our Warehouse and Store. If you see a product is in backorder condition that means we have the trade route to get you the items asap. you can always contact our team on WhatsApp for confirmation on quantity orders and time for delivery of backorders, If the product is not in backorder condition you can walk in and grab your item or just stay home and wait for our quick delivery service.

At the moment you can only place orders online. However, our team works super hard to make the process simple and easy by assisting you on Whatsapp or through the phone!

We all change our minds from time to time. If you change your mind about a product after you’ve placed your order, simply get in touch with our customer service team and they’ll take it from there.

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your order can only be canceled before it is prepared for shipping or collection.
