The traditional 1″ standard cast plate design is easy to pick up and load onto the bars with the quality spinlock collars ensuring a safe and secure fit on the bar, along with quick plate changes. The knurled black dumbbell sleeves ensures a great grip whilst working out.

The dumbbell set can be used for a wide range of exercises to help pump your muscles and tone your arms.

The set lets you adjust the lifting weight up to a maximum of two 7.5 KG dumbbells.
