Supported Devices

HONOR Scale 2 currently only supports mobile phones running Android 4.4 or later. iOS phones are not currently supported.

Trusted HONOR Quality

1. For multiple measurements over an extended time period, make sure that the scale is on flat ground, and that your posture is similar each time.

2. The heart rate measurement function on the HONOR Scale is recommended for use when the user is awake and inactive. Heart rate measurements should not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. A Scale 2 can be linked with up to five mobile phone numbers, with each number supporting a maximum of 10 users, that is, 50 users in total. This capability is ideal for identifying family members of a household, but please note that some users with similar boody types may not be correctly distinguished.
