This is a simplified model in the Mi Walkie Talkie line. For the first time, walkie-talkies of this series were presented in 2017. Since then, Xiaomi has released two more generations – Mi Walkie Talkie 1s and Mi  Smart Walkie Talkie  2 in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

The power of Mi Walkie Talkie Lite is 3 W, and the range is 1-5 km in open space and 1-3 km in urban areas. The Smart Walkie Talkie 2000 mAh battery provides up to 5 days of battery life in standby mode or up to 10 hours of active use. For comparison, for Walkie Talkie 2, these parameters were 6 km and 13 days. Charging is done via the Micro-USB port.
